Shipping policy
Pickle Puns is located in Johannesburg, South Africa and offers nationwide delivery and will ship to most locations within South Africa. Delivery to locations regarded by the courier as (but not limited to) remote or security risk may be rejected and refunded.
The Service
This standard delivery service is handled by various professional courier companies who will deliver your parcel straight to your door. With this service, you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. Therefore, if you place an order and one or more items is on 'pre-order', your complete order will only be shipped when all items are back in stock.
Production and printing starts once the order has been received and paid. Pickle Puns do not hold any pre-printed apparel or stock, therefor delivery may take 7-14 working days.
Charges
For deliveries within South Africa a flat rate delivery fee of R150 applies. Please note that delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice. Rest assured, the applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process for your convenience.
Delivery Times
The delivery times depend on the area and location of the address provided and may vary to the times specified. For convenience, Pickle Puns will strive to have parcels delivered in the least amount of time possible.
Please note that the courier companies deliver during normal working hours so please use your work address if no persons will be home during those times.
